Future subscription purchases
Subscriptions purchased through a mobile app store are expected to be billed and managed through that store, subject to its billing, cancellation, and refund rules.
Cancellation
Users will be able to cancel future renewal through the account or app-store settings used for purchase. Cancellation ordinarily prevents the next renewal and does not retroactively reverse a completed billing period.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility will depend on the purchase channel, applicable law, and the final subscription terms shown at purchase. Requests for app-store purchases may need to be submitted directly to the relevant store.
