This policy outlines activities that will not be permitted in connection with future ParsaTLS services, including VaraTex.
Prohibited activity
- Violating applicable laws or regulations.
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data.
- Distribution of malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive content.
- Harassment, exploitation, threats, or abuse.
- Infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Interference with service integrity, security, or availability.
- Resale or redistribution contrary to an applicable service agreement.
Enforcement
When services become available, suspected violations may be investigated and may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, termination, or reporting where legally required.
